We are a city centre guest house, therefore there are noisy road next to us. There are two set off staircase, each around 20 steps, we have no lift. Breakfast is strictly served between 8am to 10am, once you have paid for breakfast on line this will not refundable if you don't have it, if you don't pay on line, you still could request to have breakfast then pay every morning when you have breakfast. The guest must respect the other guest and make sure to not make noise to bother other customers.
